🎨 Planning out the event

I wrote up an outline of the event on our private Notion. Even thinking through the essentials there was enough to get a good outline of what we could do and how to do it. That's probably enough for a chat with Ben and Dave to get the ball rolling.

I was thinking about how this project sits across Notion and WeekLog. It always gets a bit messier when there's multiple tools involved. My intention is to use WeekLog as a personal journal, so focusing on my personal process. Treating the putting on of an event as a project fits fairly well into WeekLog. I can see if we wanted to run more of these in the future (which I'd like to) that we could treat each of them as a new release.
